Dès qu’une autorisation d’urbanisme (un permis de construire, par exemple) vous est accordée, vous devez informer les tiers de votre projet. Ses principales caractéristiques sont affichées sur un panneau placé sur votre terrain de manière à être bien visible de la voie publique. À partir du premier jour de cet affichage et pendant 2 mois, les tiers peuvent exercer un recours contre l’autorisation d’urbanisme. L’affichage doit être maintenu pendant toute la durée des travaux.
